Ka24De Crankshaft Position Sensor

Ka24De Crankshaft Position Sensor. I can clear the code and the light goes off for a bit, but the code immediately comes back and the cel will come back on after a few key cycles. Am i missing something, or is the recalled crank position.

Now im confused because i have an 89 240sx (with original ka24e) and from what i read, one of those parts does not come on that model. Crankshaft position sensor “a” circuit intermittent and on some gm platforms, even if the crank sensor fails while the engine is running, the engine will continue to run until the next time it is switched off and then it will fail to start.

I replaced the crank sensor with a new beck. Fuel injectors (located in the intake manifold) mass airflow sensor (maf) intake air temp sensor (iat) camshaft position sensor (cmp) (located inside distributor) oil pressure sensor (located next to oil filter under intake manifold) knock sensor (ks) (located under the intake.
